Even Lake Tahoe Properties Affected by Poor Economy

An Incline Village Realtor thinks there are some good opportunities around Lake Tahoe.

She remembers the not-too-distant days when several buyers were eager to scoop up one of the multi-million dollar estates on Lake Tahoe's shores. It wasn't uncommon to see a house go for more than its asking price, she said.

But that's not the case today, showing that even properties on Lake Tahoe are not immune to the effects of a poor economy.

And,

She added that "you're seeing prices in Incline Village that you haven't seen for probably 10 to 15 years. If you're looking to buy a house or condo, it's a very good market."
