Property Values in Washoe County Still Decline


Washoe County property values will be lower by 8.2% for 2011, and may be even lower depending on the completion of the assessments.

The 2010 assessments were 11% lower than the previous year and the current rate of decline has slowed.
Josh Wilson, the Assessor said that he thinks we have not yet seen the bottom.  Data is still not complete for the entire county.
