But now thousands of foreclosures around the country might be invalid because of bank paperwork problems. Should you worry?

They should call the attorney that did their closing and say, ‘Hey, do I have a problem?'”
Real estate closings in Nevada and in most other states in the west are rarely done by attorneys.
